I totally recommend VIA Apartments. 10/10 Amazing team ! Megan , Josh and Mac are the best . I feel safe because of secure building, secure parking garage , & loveeeee because it’s close to everything : art galleries , music/ ballet 🩰 (Kauffman center ) , restaurants, coffee shops& more! The Via is a great spot to live. It has everything I enjoy within walking distance and the staff made the moving process as easy it can be, and it’s never that easy.

Moving to KC was a big step for me and I was extremely stressed while looking at so many different options and trying to find a place that felt safe but was still close to places to go out. Mac and Megan truly made all the difference and thanks to them this experience has been nothing but positive. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and made the entire process so much easier and less overwhelming. The location is excellent, and I genuinely feel safe living here, which was the most important factor for me. If you’re worried about your vehicle being broken into (something I saw mentioned at many other places), VIA offers an indoor garage, which adds a lot of convenience and peace of mind. If you’re moving to KC and have never been here before like me, I would definitely consider this place. Of course, it’s a big city and things can happen anywhere, but this community has made me feel comfortable and secure from day one. I’ll be very honest finding an apartment has been very hard especially in downtown KC when it comes to safety. So when I first toured via with Megan , I noticed everywhere we went a key fob was needed no matter what floor . Even to get into the building you have to have access no one can just walk in . LOVE ! I love trains and being in the crossroads. The coffee shops , restaurants and streetcar all in walking distance. And jack stack & Lidia right next door ? Yes I was sold . Also the neighborhood itself is calm (if you’re an introvert like me this is nice) and if you want busy just walk like block up you’re in the action of everything. The balance is nice . The safety measures within the building , the care of the team Megan , Josh , & Mac ! The beautiful inside & the mailroom being green (my favorite color ) it was a sign to apply ! Thank you Thank you

Seamless smooth process, recently built 2025 new construction, tons of different floor plans. I personally met with the property manager Mac, extremely kind very patient and helps you find your exact unit you want along the way ! Great price for the location amenities offered.
