Overall living here is 10 out of 10. The staff and maintenance tend to your needs very quickly. If there is a problem, it will get fixed ASAP. The upkeep with the building and utilities are top-tier. I love everything about my new home!

I moved in 3 weeks ago and it's been nothing but great! The building just recently opened up so everything is brand new and Megan and Mac are great! Would highly recommend checking out VIA KC!

Via has the best apartments in town it's relaxing feels like real home u can't complain it's one of the best experience I have u have anything u need in here gym pool conference room and much more and the best part it's the people who manage the building they are very nice they help you whit anything u need I really appreciate this good team who makes u feel like u in home

I totally recommend VIA Apartments. 10/10 Amazing team ! Megan , Josh and Mac are the best . I feel safe because of secure building, secure parking garage , & loveeeee because it’s close to everything : art galleries , music/ ballet 🩰 (Kauffman center ) , restaurants, coffee shops& more! Moving to KC was a big step for me and I was extremely stressed while looking at so many different options and trying to find a place that felt safe but was still close to places to go out. Mac and Megan truly made all the difference and thanks to them this experience has been nothing but positive. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and made the entire process so much easier and less overwhelming. The location is excellent, and I genuinely feel safe living here, which was the most important factor for me. If you’re worried about your vehicle being broken into (something I saw mentioned at many other places), VIA offers an indoor garage, which adds a lot of convenience and peace of mind. If you’re moving to KC and have never been here before like me, I would definitely consider this place. Of course, it’s a big city and things can happen anywhere, but this community has made me feel comfortable and secure from day one. I’ll be very honest finding an apartment has been very hard especially in downtown KC when it comes to safety. So when I first toured via with Megan , I noticed everywhere we went a key fob was needed no matter what floor . Even to get into the building you have to have access no one can just walk in . LOVE ! I love trains and being in the crossroads. The coffee shops , restaurants and streetcar all in walking distance. And jack stack & Lidia right next door ? Yes I was sold . Also the neighborhood itself is calm (if you’re an introvert like me this is nice) and if you want busy just walk like block up you’re in the action of everything. The balance is nice . The safety measures within the building , the care of the team Megan , Josh , & Mac ! The beautiful inside & the mailroom being green (my favorite color ) it was a sign to apply ! Mac and Megan in the leasing office have been great; however I’ve been frustrated by a number of ongoing issues with the building. When I first moved in the fire alarm throughout the building would go off multiple times in the middle of the night. That has since been resolved; however there is recurring elevator and fob/access problems, garage issues, trash left in common areas/ hallways, and thin walls/ ceilings. The building is still relatively new, so I expected a little more. Overall, it’s not a bad place to live but it also is not the best.
